Dan kun je subsidie aanvragen met de subsidieregeling grootschalige productie volledig hernieuwbare waterstof via elektrolyse (OWE).\r\n\r\nHet is nog niet bekend wanneer in 2026 de OWE-regeling opent. De OWE is een tenderregeling, wat betekent dat aanvragen met elkaar worden vergeleken en alleen de best scorende projecten subsidie krijgen. Hernieuwbare waterstof wordt geproduceerd met elektriciteit uit zon en wind. Om de hoeveelheid waterstof te maken die nodig is, zijn grote elektrolyse-installaties nodig. De OWE-subsidie is er om de investering in en de exploitatie van elektrolyse-installaties aantrekkelijk te maken.\r\n<h3>Waar kan ik OWE voor aanvragen?<\/h3>\r\nWanneer je als organisatie van plan bent om hernieuwbare waterstof te produceren kun je subsidie aanvragen. Dit betekent dat alleen de hoogst scorende projecten subsidie ontvangen. De rangschikking van projecten is gebaseerd op de gevraagde subsidiebedrag in verhouding tot het inputvermogen van de elektrolyser. Hoe lager het relatieve bedrag, hoe groter de kans op subsidie.\r\n\r\nDe totale OWE-subsidie is opgebouwd uit twee delen:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li><strong>Investeringsdeel:<\/strong> dit deel van de subsidie dekt de investeringskosten van de productie-installatie. Bedrijven konden tijdens eerdere openstellingsrondes tot 80% van de investeringskosten claimen ten opzichte van de kosten voor het bouwen van een niet duurzame SMR-installatie.<\/li>\r\n \t<li><strong>Exploitatiedeel:<\/strong> dit deel van de OWE-subsidie vergoedt het verschil tussen de kosten van hernieuwbare waterstofproductie en die van de SMR-methode: de onrendabele top. Hierbij ontvingen bedrijven tijdens eerdere openstellingsrondes een subsidie voor een periode van minimaal 5 en maximaal 10 jaar.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3><strong>Wat zijn de belangrijkste voorwaarden voor OWE?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\nDe details van de regeling en de definitieve bedragen worden na de zomer van 2025 verwacht.
